No negative aspects - we were alone, only the personnel was there - they are watching the TV a little be loudly sometimes, but no disturbing or negative factors.

Being woken up in the early hours of the morning because of the alarm was a constant problem. The villa isn't equipped with a suitable air-conditioner to cool in the hot summer temperatures making sleeping difficult, add to that the alarm going off and it made for some difficult sleeping conditions!

Pas d'internet.

The facilities could be really nice but numerous things need to be either repaired or replaced. The kitchen is minimally equipped. Hot water is intermittent and the shower head needs to be replaced. The lounge couch is a throw-away. The owner has no fewer than 4 dogs one of which barked throughout the night most nights. The house is 1.6km up a very rough, gravel road. Clouds of dust were the norm. The walls are paper thin and the persons occupying the adjacent were quite noisy. The pool shown on the website was covered in a ripped old plastic tarp which had filled with water and was now home to all sorts of foreign marine life including mosquito larvae.

Air conditoning and some more natural light in the rooms would be very welcomed. At least bigger windows with mosquito screens would be an improvement. The directions should be more precise.

quel dommage ! c'est sale ! cuisine sale,vaisselle sale, je suis restée collée sur la hotte quand j'ai voulu l'ouvrir, salle bain avec pommeau de douche qui est tombé par terre; sale en général, c'est tellement dommage car le reste est paradisiaque.

-literie en mauvais etat -lave vaisselle prevu dans le descriptif et non present dans la cuisine -armoire d'une chambre inaccessible en hauteur sauf si vous mesurez 2m50, -beau mobilier en apparence mais en mauvais état a l'usage - refrigerateur de trés petite contenance par rapport à la capacité d'accueil.et la distance des supermarchés.. -la maison prevue pour huit personnes ne contient que 6 chaises ,trés pratique ..... -accueil trés expeditif ,le proprietaire etant pressé de partir en week-end, a fait une visite trés succinte des lieux omettant l'essentiel ,à savoir comment fonctionne la chaudiére en cas darret ,ce qui manifestement se produit souvent par mesure de securité ,resultat pas d'eau chaude pour la toilette du samedi soir et avons perdu la journée du dimanche en coups de telephones et attente ..... avons temoigné notre mecontentement au proprietaire concernant le lave vaisselle (c'etait pour nous un critere de choix )il s'est déchargé sur l'agence ...et pour finir , prise de congé inexistante ....

Kitchen lacked sharp knife, cutting board,kettle, tea towels. It was cold when stayed there and we had to ask for heating which was provided intermittently over 3 days of our 7 day stay. We were charged E30.00 for this. Cleaning was E60.00 not the quoted E50.00. No English spoken but we managed with broken Italian and sign language!

El último tramo de carretera no está asfaltado y aunque se pasa con un coche no 4x4 es incómodo. Las ventanas del apartamento necesitan mosquiteras, pues hace mucho calor y hay muchos insectos... está en pleno campo. No dispone de aire acondicionado.

Malheureusement l'état de propreté des lieux n'était pas ce que l'on peut éspérer, pas suffisament de vaisselle, pas de cafetière, pas de grill-pain, équipement de la cuisine insuffisant
