En medio de la naturaleza
La descripción del alojamiento es exacta. Los propietarios proporcionan toda la información necesaria y ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Lugar idílico para descansar y como punto "base" para recorrer la comarca.
El último tramo del camino de acceso es un poco complicado. Es OBLIGATORIO disponer de coche.

The owner of the place were very friendly and me and my wife, we enjoyed our vacation very much. The pool and the view were something special
The room was simple but clean and quiet
The bathroom was too small.

A beautiful farm with a breathtaking view. Owners are the nicest people we could have possibly expected.
The house is comfortable and has all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. Linen and towls were supplied. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms were renovated. It was very comfortable to have two bathrooms in the suite. We could use the washing machine, which was great as we didn't have to carry so much with us overseas. We stayed there a couple with three children 17,13,8 and we all loved the place. The pool was the right thing in this very hot summer. The view, the calm atmosphere and the warm welcome of the owners were wonderful. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. Maria christina is a great cook. We ate dinner once and loved the food. I bought extra jams to take with me. There are special amenities like water and soda water to get free which we appreciated very much. Also there is a library stuffed with maps, books and additional information to support the guests, and was very helpful to us.
The farm is located about 20 minutes away from the highway which provides access to all Tuscany towns and attractions. The access is steep and slightly off the main road. The house is a genuine farm house, authentic and furnished accordingly. It is very suitable for those who appreciate the authenticity and ambiance, and less for those who look for luxury.

Owners were ferry helpfull,and kind.The food was exellent.And the place arround is absolute wunderfull.
The road to the accommodation is difficult.

Dejligt afslappende sted med rolige omgivelser og fantastisk udsigt. Vi er familie med 3 børn fra 5-11 år, som har nydt en uge på stedet. Godt sted med fornuftige priser på forplejning og dejlige omgivelser og ikke mindst en god pool.

Hunden...Godmodig hund, men lignede en der ikke burde leve mere.

Owners and family were wonderful. They offered us information and maps of the area and even advised us of the train schedule to go to Florence. The first morning they went out of their way and led us to the train station. After a small accident they took care of covering the broken back window and informed the police so our car wouldn't be towed.
Vernio was so homelike. We had a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and clean. They even gave us extra linens when the nights became cool. The views were awesome and hearing the church bells in the village below was so special. The food was very good but we only had a dinner meal and a breakfast. I wish we would have had time for more of their home grown and prepared foods.
The only possible negative aspect was the very steep roads going there. We had a small low powered manual car and it was a challenge getting it up the drive and the mountainside.

A bit away from the beaten road-last mile to get there a bit rough--place nice and clean even if furniture was a bit outdated--towels and linens could have been more bountiful

The furniture age can be a matter of opinion (by the way we're proud of our dated furniture ,we are an agriturismo , not a centre-of-the-town hotel), but "lack of owner presence" is a nonsense: we live here and we are ALWAYS present (not always in front of guests' doors , actually).The last 500 metres are steep but the road is paved. Anyway the website reports it very clearly .We frankly don't understand how towels and linens could be more bountiful.

A wonderful experience
The apartment was very comfortable,the amenities (washer, dryer, swimming pool, patio furniture) great. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The view is fantastic!!
If you want to go to the village you will have to drive down a very steep and winding road. To visit any of the larger nearby cities it will take 30 t0 60 minutes by car or train.

Ekstremalnie rekomenduję apartamenty Vernio 488. Spektakularny widok z Vernio na dolinę, którego sceneria nigdy nie była taka sama. Bardzo uprzejmi, pomocni, kulturalni Właściciele. Pełny relaks.

Dejligt stille sted
Dejligt afslappende sted, stille og roligt.
Der burde være rigtige liggestole og ikke kun solstole ved poolen. De skriver at der er rideskole på stedet, men det ikke var muligt at ride på deres heste.

Great Escape
Owners were fantastic and so helpful. Food was excellent and also self catering equipment great. The setting and facitilies were fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Great Swimming Pool. Easy access to other parts of Tuscany - close to train station but quite far off main highway (a plus!!!)

We were completely satisfy with location and building, fulfilling our expectation based on Internet advertising.
The owners did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was very pleasant to meet them here. We enjoy the perfect train connection to Firenze. The visit to Firenze was our main interest in Tuscany.
The only problem when travelling to Apartment "Casa Zanieri" was the description of the access there. We missed the crossing despite using GPS navigation. But it was not difficult to find the proper way asking local people.
Thanks for the nice comments about us. We try our best. You're right about the GPS systems,some of them drive our guests just in front of the door , other make them get lost.The best solution is following the directions in the website. The last stint of the road is steep but paved.

we could eat all the raisin we want on the propriety.It was calm and nice.the garden men was helpful.There is a small grocery in the village,people are nice and meat are good as well the wine.
There were no toaster and no oven to cook a chicken for example.This is a minimun for canadian people.there were no towel rail in the bathroom.

Great place to stay when visiting Tuscany
not very touristy - more homely and not many other tourists beautiful location great views very tidy and cute house where we stayed good food friendly owners the house was well equipped for cooking beautiful surroundings overall - great place
it would have been nice if we got a bit more information when we arrived - for example more details of how to get meals from the farm, how to go horseriding or tips about the local area also this place is located in the north of tuscany, so the trips to sienna, chianti, etc. take a bit too long..

Wonderful place, incredible view and very friendly family.
Maria the owner is a fabulous cook and the meals we ate there were fantastic. The place is beautiful, quiet and pleasant. Highly recommended.
Wireless internet was kind of flimsy, but was not too bothered about it.

Magnificas vacaciones en buena compañia
Buen servicio, paisaje inigualable, amabilidad propietarios.
Ubicación, carretera complicada para desplazarse. Un poco lejos de Florencia.

Trivelig sted, men ikke noen for barn.
Meget trivelige eiere, god mat, pitoresk og koselig sted, nydelig utsikt, bra omgivelser for gåturer, trivelig landsby langt der nede i dalen.
Ingenting av aktivitetene lovet på nett fantes på stedet, skittent basseng, dårlig vei, langt fra severdigheter og byer. Lite aktiviteter for barna.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing week here. The owners were wonderful and you felt as if yoiu were a guest to there home. because they were so friendly andmade you very welcome. The food was delicious of excellant quality and was completed when the owners actually joined with us to eat.You had chance to make new friends and enjoy there company.
A charming holiday full of wonderful delights of relaxing and becoming friends with the owners. A place we know we shall return to.The views were amazing
To far out of Florence if you wish to spend time there, but the rail connections are excellent

Owners welcomed us into their home, providing us with an excellent dinner with the family in the evenings.
Very quiet residence and few other people staying during our visit

Opis popolnoma ustreza dejanskemu stanju. Navdušila nas je izvrstna kuhinja gospe Marie. Prav tako nam je zelo ljubeznivo skuhala in postregla, tudi ko smo zelo pozno prišle iz potepa po okolici. Apartma je bil lep, imel je velike in lepo opremljene sobe s simaptično kuhinjo in nadvse dobrodošlo teraso. Njen sin in gospa iz Anglije, ki ji je pomagala sta bila zelo prijazna. Navdušil pa nas je tudi njihov pes, ki se je vedno hotel žogati:)))))

This was our first stay at an Agriturismo in Toscana, and we really enjoyed it. The location is somewhat remote (on top of a hill), but we got quite good at driving up the mountain and really enjoyed the relaxed and quiet atmosphere.
We had dinner at this farmhouse and it was excellent! Also nice that there is a computer with internet connection you can use, laundry room etc.

Sito molto gradevole in mezzo al verde. animali da fare vedere a nostra figlia di 4 anni. buona acoglienza, pasti adeguati, un cane fantastico con il quale a giocato nostra figlia.

classic tuscan farm that has modern facility upgrades, amazing view from the pool. Our stay was for about 1 week, and I wish it had been longer. The train from a nearby town goes directly to Florence and several other destinations. A car is necesary in this area.
Great family farm, love their dog too.
the road up to the farm is very steep and windy, not good to walk from town to the farm.

home cooking is an absolute must to try .a 4 course dinner of amazing food is the norm.having a dip in the pool is very welcome on a hot summers day an incredibly relaxing place to stay

wonderful quiet scenic location, great place to take a break/breather in an otherwise hectic travel itinerary. Owners even accommodated a gluten-free diet!

Kalandos, izgalmas utazásunk volt, élményekben ma is ezt tartjuk a legjobbnak. Csodaszép táj, kellemes környezet, igazi olasz vendégszeretet, cuki állatok, kutyák és cicák, finom vacsora jellemezte és persze a tipikus olasz/ toszkán szálláshely.
Nekünk csak pozitív élményeink vannak! Eddigi életünk legszebb hete volt.

Au calme ; jolis bâtiments ; activités de la ferme accessibles aux enfants ; village voisin agréable, typique, pas du tout touristique ; table d'hôte agréable.
Route d'accès un peu pénible (montagne) ; un peu éloigné de Florence.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars, geweldige kookfestijnen voor een goede prijs, verzorgd door de gastvrouw.
Ligging in Toscane is niet ideaal voor uitstapjes. Je moet eerst een 20 tal kilometer op een kleine slingerbaan doorworstelen voor je ergens naar toe kan

Et dejligt afslappet sted med hyggelige værter. Smuk udsigt fra en bjergtop.
Det er ret besværligt og nervepirrende at komme derop - vejen er stejl og snoet. Selve landsbyen og omgivelser er ret kedelige.
