La propriété est magnifique, la décoration de bon goût et la propriétaire aux petits soins. Les services fournis (draps de bain, draps de lits…) sont pratiques lorsqu’on voyage.

Cependant, nous tenons à préciser que dans la description de l'appartement vous pouvez voir les électroménagers disponibles (le four à micro-ondes n'est pas mentionné parmi ceux disponibles). Le lit simple a les tailles standard des lits simples. L'éclairage extérieur est présent.

A la campagne et à proximité de Pise et de Florence. Très joli jardin et vue superbe. L'accueil est très sympathique et l'appartement impeccable, meublé à l'ancienne.

On aurait apprécié d'avoir un peu de place pour ranger l'épicerie. La connexion internet est un peu faible mais c'est la campagne...

Gite au calme sur une colline à une dizaine de km d’Empoli. Florence, Sienne et Pise à proximité. Gite simple et pratique avec terrasse et piscine. Contacts très cordiaux avec la propriétaire, Saïda. Séjour très agréable en famille en juillet 2021.

“Heerlijke vakantie!”

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in appartement. Het uitzicht vanaf ons terras was geweldig, het appartement was ruim en prima (precies wat we ervan hadden verwacht). Lekker (gedeeld) zwembad met eigen bedjes voor ieder gezelschap. Wij hebben een heerlijk, rustige vakantie gehad hier. Het dorpje is erg klein, dus je moet eigenlijk overal met de auto heen. 2 pizzeria's zitten op loopafstand, wel een steil stuk om te lopen :-)

Het bed was niet ideaal, maar ach, dat mocht de vakantie niet verpesten hoor ;-)

Erg mooi en rustig gelegen huisje. Centraal genoeg om binnen 1 uur bij de belangrijkste plaatsen van Toscane te zijn (met auto). Fraai gelegen huisje met perfect zwembad voor ons gezelschap. Super uitzichten over Toscaanse landschap. Zeer benaderbare en snel reagerende eigenaar.

Uitrusting keuken had wat beter gekund. Het was erg warm, dus we hebben voor de nacht zelf twee ventilatoren gekocht. Zeker geen grote nadelen.

The location is perfect On top of a hill with a beautiful view of the surroundings Very nice welcome by the owners There are some nice restaurants in walking distance and others can be reached by car Small shop in the village for bread and other things you may need for breakfast or lunch The large garden with pool is great The apartment we rented had enough space for the three of us

There could be a bit more equipment in the kitchen for people that want to cook And a small coffeemaker

propriétaire parlant anglais. Très agréable et conciliant ( mon départ de nuit n'a posé aucun problème) , Attentionné ( offre des œufs de ses poules) Propriétaire non envahissant. Maison et jardin bien entretenu et décoré avec goût . Très belle endroit au milieu des oliviers, calme, au dessus d'une colline avec vue magnifique ( presque à 360°) sur la vallée .

Il casale si trova in una posizione di assoluto relax. La piscina e' bella e l'appartamento e' comodo e ordinato. La cosa che ci ha colpito di piu' e' la posizione del casale e il silenzio che la fa da padrone. Una nota piu' che positiva per la proprietaria molto simpatica e molto disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta. consiglio di soggiornare in questo posto per un relax a tutto tondo.

Logement au centre des pôles Pise, Florence et Sienne. Bon accueil de la propriétaire qui donne des conseils sur les visites à faire dans la région.

Insonorisation du logement à revoir et les ustensiles de cuisine assez pauvres, un micro-onde serait le bienvenu. Gros problème de wifi qui ne fonctionne qu'une fois sur deux et plutôt à l'extérieur.

Un accueil particulièrement sympathique de SAIDA, grande disponibilité, malgré notre arrivée tardive. Cadre reposant et appartement très confortable et très propre. Terrasse appréciée dès le petit-déjeuner. Nous avons profité de la gare d'Empoli pour aller à Florence par le train : très pratique. Piscine relaxante après des journées de visite des grandes villes toscanes !

Bien situé ! Nous avons pu visiter les grands sites de Toscane en parcourant des distances raisonnables à partir de ce logement. On serait bien restés plus longtemps pour profiter également du calme, des cigales et de la piscine !

“Charming Tuscan Farmhouse”

Empoli 710 is situated on top of a hill and affords panoramic views of the beautiful countryside. The house & gardens are charming and each of the 3 apartments has its own terrace with table, chairs, lounge chairs, umbrella and views. The pool is a nice size for a f ee people to take a swim or sit in the sun.

There is quite a steep drive up to the house which requires driving in first gear.The village is charming, with two cafes, chemist & delicatessan, but no supermarket.Shops and cafes closed on Mondays.Take mosquito repellant with you as the mosquitoes are quite aggressive!

The owners are very helpful.Their daughter Saida works in tourism and speaks excellent English. Empoli is only 5km away and trains leave from there to Florence, Siena, Pisa and beyond.Saving the bother of driving every where!

Pour Florence, se garer à Empoli juste après le 1er feu avant la gare à droite. 1/2 de trajet et pas de souci de Parking !! Pour Sienne et Pise, pas de souci pour se garer (mais regarder quand même si c'est gratuit).

Lejligheden ligger på en bakketop med en henrivende udsigt over det omliggende område. Der er næsten 360 graders view fra ejendommen, hvori lejligheden ligger. Der er en lille butik i den nærliggende landsby med super lækkert kød og ost. (Delikatesseforretning.)Der er kun tre lejligheder i huset, så man har tit hele området inkl. poolen for sig selv.

Der er ikke så lydisoleret mellem lejlighederne, som der kunne være, så det er muligt at høre naboerne i lejligheden ovenpå. Internetforbindelsen virker hovedsagligt udenfor, eller hvis man sidder lige foran døren med åben dør.

Køb kød og ost i den nærliggende delikatessebutik. Det er ikke meget dyrere end ved indkøb i supermarkeder.

“Beatifully situated holiday house”

Beatifully situated, only three apartments situated on a small hill top, very clean apartment. We had a wonderful time here, where we used the pool. From the apartment as well as from the pool there is a magnificent view over the landscape around the holiday house. We spend some days as the only guests in the holiday house and found it very peaceful.

There was not a good "sound isolation" between the apartment on the top and on the ground, so when more than one apartment is occupied you can often hear the neighbours. The internet access was poor inside, but okay outside.

The small shop in the village (400 m from the holiday house) sells delicious food, among others the typical Italian serrano ham and sausages. The prices are okay compared to the quality.

Commentaire du propriétaire Merci pour le commentaire sur son séjour avec nous, nous allons considérer ses commentaires afin d'améliorer notre entreprise. Nous aimerions toutefois dire que, malheureusement, cet hiver et le commencement du printemps a été exceptionnellement pluvieux. Généralement au début du mois de mai, les radiateurs sont éteints, car il est déjà presque le temps de nager dans la piscine, mais si nous eussions su que ce vous créait un malaise nous aurions pu remettre en service le chauffage sans aucun problèmes. Le chauffage est payant s'il est utilisé comme on pet lir dans notre tarifs

This property is very well located. The house is on a hill with no other houses around. The views are fantastic. The house is clean, nicely decorated... The owners are very friendly. The value for money is excellent. I guess the owners could increase their price if they would install air-conditioning in the bedrooms and a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Clean, great view, safe for the children, relaxing enviroment.

Not enough hot water or water pressure, lighting the fire on the stove, and the bed was very hard.

very easy to get to the cities, no traffic, no noise.

“Very well equipped house in a very quiet but well positioned location. Easy access to surrounding Tuscan sights and places of interest. Well equipped, very clean and comfortable and the owner was on hand if we needed any assistance. ”

Beautiful location, very good value for money, very friendly owner, central location for the places we wished to visit. We were greeted with home made biscuits and made to feel very welcome

Nothing to do with the property but the tiger mosquitos were not a good surprise to find during the daytime!

A great place to stay to visit Siena, Vinci, Sna Gimignano, Pisa, Florence (though the roads are tricky there). The local deli has some great supplies and there are large supermarkets close by with great selections. Take some good books and a good bottle and have a relaxing time!
