Jardin, piscine, logement, Literie très confortable. Propriétaire parle Français et anglais très disponible pour les conseils de choses a voir.

Propreté a l'arrivé (surement les locataires précédents) manque fond de cuisine (huile, vinaigre, poivre, sucre etc...) Bruit de la route voisine à la piscine.

Joli marché le mardi. Village très joli et pas trop touristique. entre 10 et 50 km de tous les plus beaux villages de toscane, 35 KM de Sienne et 35 d'Arezzo 50 km de Pérouse en Ombrie… Ambiance paisible idéale pour un repos de vacance.

Idéalement situé pour visiter la Toscane, La partie haute de Sinalunga est très mignonne. Le glacier sur la plage est excellent tout comme le boulanger. Le maître dès lieux est très sympa et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

La piscine n'était malheureusement pas ouverte mi-Mai.

Roberto was amazing. He picked us up at the train station and dropped us off when we needed him too. He was a fantastic host. Gave us information on the area and went way above and beyond for everything. His place is absolutely beautiful. The views spectacular.Everything you need was available. I can't say enough good things about our stay.

You ready should plan on having a car while staying in this beautiful area.

Stay here. We all cant wait to visit again. You won't be disappointed.

Everything was as advertise. Extremely clean and Roberto was very helpful and excited to do whatever he could to make our stay comfortable. The pool was clean and most welcoming after a long day of exploring. To make sure our stay was

None really. No air conditioning but the summer air and breeze was more than enough to cool us down at night.

Il faisait un peu froid dans notre chambre et il nous a mis du chauffage pour que nous soyons bien.

Nous avons eu un énorme plaisir d'avoir pu loger chez Roberto. Le jardin est magnifique et les chats nous rendent visite tous les matins, mais ils ont très peur, donc ils ne restent pas autour de la table de la terrasse.

Sinalunga est positionné de façon très centrale, permettant de rayonner vers plein d'endroits superbes à moins de 30 km. Jardin magnifique très vert. Dans un village. Literie très bonne

Moustiques: des moustiquaires aux fenêtres permettraient de pouvoir ventiler la nuit sans nuisances.

Demandez à Roberto ses adresses pour acheter des poteries, du prosciuto etc... il sera fera un plaisir de vous renseigner.

rural setting, wonderful cook/"chef", great (small) town, nice supermarket, nice resturants in town, railroad station to anywhere Italy

I really can't think of anything negative. I think it would help if you had simple taqsters, love of farming/outdoors or need a good base for travel by train to Florence etc. My only complaint is we didn't allow enough to enjoy the region. (3 days)

the big 7/8 whatever course dinner is expensive, but a real experience to enjoy. Sit with another couple if so inclined makes the meal all th more interesting. Be sure you go to the ig supermarket and enjoy the deli section. Its home priced. We traveled by car from Rome to Milano with all kind of stops and cities in between. 14 days in all..Our then 40th anniversary. In retrospect I think better of Italy after I was there than when Iwaws. Go slow, enjoy, leave time behing. You will spend a bundle. So make the experience a really once in a lifetime adventure. Oh yes watch out for the taxi drivers, get a fixed fare before entering and don't tip! Caio!

“Uniquely located central to all of Tuscany. The proprietor, Roberto, is an outwtanding host. Each day he greeted us in the courtyard and asked us where we planned to go. He made suggestions each day that turned out to be just what we were looking for”

We stayed in the unit that he calls The Arches. We arrived earlier than espected and he dropped everything to help us with our luggage and to show us around. He became a superb daily tour advisor. We can\'t say enough about him or the lovely villa that he provided. It is large, very attractive and comforable and convenient to everything though a bit tricky to find the first time.

We don\'t speak Italian so we couldn\'t understand much of the TV programming but that isn\'t what we went there for.

I was intimidated early on by comments that I read on the Internet about driving in Tuscany. After Roberto and my wife convinced me that it would not be difficult, I found driving there to be easier than it is here where I live (which I consider to be easy). With a local map, and an understanding of which major towns are near or in the direction you wish to go, you can\'t get lost. The street signs are at every intersection and tell you which street is the one that you want. The countryside is beautiful. The only suggestion that I would make is the train to Florence and Rome is much more convenient than driving. Both cities are quite congested and the train goes closer to the cneter of town where the major attractions are than you can go with a car. The rest of Tuscany is very easy by car and every turn reveals another attractive scene. Walking is the way you get around inside the many villages but it is amazing how you get use to it. Not to be missed.
