très grande et belle piscine, vue magnifique, propriétaire très sympathique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Cuisine sombre et viellotte, aurait besoin d'une remise à neuf. Besoin d'une clim sur la mezzanine.

Idéalement situé, à 1h de Rome mais au calme.

“Cadre magnifique, propriétaire très agréable ”

Terrasse privative, grande piscine commune

Equipement cuisine et vaisselle un peu juste. Les transats de la piscine auraient besoin d être renouvelés ( quelques uns sont cassés )

Vacances reposantes dans un cadre paisible aux milieux des oliviers. Matteo ,le propriétaire est une personne très accueillante et serviable.

Le cadre, le jardin, la vue, la piscine, la gentillesse du propriétaire, les villages autour

Le gîte est très bien situé, en campagne avec une très belle vue. Nous étions bien installés. Rome ne se situe pas très loin et on peut visiter les alentours ( grâce à la voiture), contrairement aux touristes qui viennent en avion. L'accueil a été très agréable, le propriétaire est disponible et nous a bien renseigné sur les visites.

La salle de bains ! Pas du tout pratique pour doucher un jeune enfant (la pomme de douche est accrochée au plafond ) et dès qu on bouge on touche le rideau de douche qui mériterait d'être changé. Et après la douche il y a de l eau par terre. Les chiens qui aboient la nuit.. Mais le séjour etait très bien .

Profitez d'avoir une voiture pour visiter Ostia Antica

Calme, beaute du paysage, cour tres bien entretenue, piscine tres agreable. Matheo et son pere toujours prets a nous rendre service

Douche trop etroite et debordement d eau sur le sol Connexion internet mediocre

Le train regional pris a Stimigliano pour se rendre a Rome en une heure. Acceuil chaleureux au restaurant l Oasi del colle, et pizzas de reve.

Le propriétaire, Matteo, sympathique. Magnifique vue, au calme, au milieu des chevaux. Endroit agréable. Proche de Rome (une petite heure en voiture), idéal pour allier visites culturelles et détente;

Déçus par la piscine : petite, manquait d'un entretien suivi (eau trouble pendant 2 jours) Ustensiles de cuisine : fonds de casseroles usés jusqu'au métal, 1 tire-bouchon pour 4 gîtes, Eau chaude par intermittence, support de douche cassé Ameublement : armoires type IKEA avec façades de tiroirs qui ne tiennent pas...

Ne manquez pas le barbecue organisé par le propriétaire. Idéal pour faire connaissance avec les autres vacanciers !

Matteo is a very helpful person. You can ask him everything. It is like coming to a good friend. He was our friend after the first day we were there.

Nothing negative to mention.

Matteo knows everybody in the region. If you need anything, just ask him. All persons he refers you to are as friendly as himself. His father's restaurant is also very good.

This house was much more then we expected, the family went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. this was a great vacation for my friends and my family. House was close to train station and 40 minute train ride from Rome. Besides a close jump to Rome it is close to a lake and the beach.

nothing negative at all, i cant wait to return to see more of this area.

I would stay at this place for a week so you are not rushed to see Rome. The 3 days we were day we were forced to jam to much in, with 7 days you will be able to relax. The house has a pool and loads of space for kids so you can take it slower. on my next trip i will have owner tell me more about the area so i get an opportunity to see surrounding area. I also recommend Assisi which is 1 hour north.

Large swimmingpool, nice terrace, kids can play in the large garden.

Small bathroom, douche en toilet not nice to use. Not enough light in the house.

I would like to recommend this house if you like to enjoy living and enjoying outside. The landlord is a nice, helpfull Italian guy (very charming). To visit Rome, it's just the right place to stay! We'd like to return in a couple of years!

“Struttura nel verde, in mezzo agli olivi, tranquilla. Proprietario molto simpatico, che prende cura di noi. Ambiente familiare, rilassante. Ideale per visitare la città di Roma distante di 40 km,prendendo il treno a 10 minuti in macchina del appartam”
