“Not an agriturismo. Cold and impersonal”

Pleasant and helpful host. Easy access to places of interest (highway, train at Cerea).

Not an agriturismo. Rather a hotel with a restaurant close to it. We did not like the 'fully automated' experience. Cold and impersonal. Access to the building, rooms only with a mobile application. Surveillance cameras everywhere.

“Pas mal, mais quelques points primordiaux à améliorer.”

La propriétaire est très sympathique et parle couramment le français. Le cadre nous a beaucoup plu, la chambre très spacieuse, correctement meublée et le lit est vraiment confortable ! L’accès est relativement facile et bien indiqué. À notre première arrivée, on a fait « WAW ! » :-)

Il manque un rideau pour la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui donne sur le parking et l’entrée du bâtiment. La qualité du petit déjeuné est très médiocre. Les viennoiseries emballées sont quasiment immangeables. Et de base, il n’y a rien d’autres à manger. Une odeur désagréable émane de l’eau du robinet et de la douche. Pas très agréable. Et le restaurant que l’on voit sur les photos ne fait, en fait, pas partie de la structure et est systématiquement complet.

“Basic and comfortable accomodation when passing through the Verona area”

The room was comfortable, although basic, and morning breakfast adequate.

There are few ammenities around the accomodation so best not to plan for provisioning or local exploring by foot after checkin. The restaurant is no longer affiliated with the accomodation which I was unaware of when booked as the outdoor area looked very inviting. That said, we had a fabulous dinner recommended by the owner 15 minutes away.

Very welcoming place. Laura was there to greet us and was available during our stay. Comfortable spacious room and washroom. It's quiet. Fantastic restaurant on site - but a different owner.

Only negative is that the wifi signal was weak at times.

The restaurant is not operated by this BB and is not open on Sunday and Monday Very hard to find a restaurant on those days in the area everything fully booked Manager of the BB did not tell me when they were closed which was sad A main reason I booked a place with restaurant is because I have a young child and now I had two out of three nights where we had to find somewhere else to eat

Accueil chaleureux et multilingue de Laura, toujours au service et a l’écoute, avec de superbes recommandations. Emplacement ideal pour graviter dans la région, Bel espace rénové, beau couchés de soleil.

L’ouverture du grand velux pourrait être un plus pour gagner en luminosité dans notre chambre.

“Nice and large family room”

We had a family room and the room was very spacious and clean. It had a large bathroom with a window with a nice view of the courtyard. There was a fridge in the room.

The breakfast was very poor. There were no fresh bread, only toast. There were also some biscuits etc and croissants but every item was wrapped in plastic so the croissants had no crispness att all. There were no cheese, no ham, salami or any other meat, we had only butter and jam with the toast.

Laura, la proprietaria, è davvero una persona splendida, disponibile, cortese e alla mano,. Paesaggio stupendo, tanto verde , tanta pace e piacevole ccolazione in ompagnia degli animali. Camera molto grande e pulita, doccia immensa.

Peccato non aver potuto cenare nel ristorante, al momento è chiuso per cambio gestione .

Beautiful surroundings in peaceful countryside. Amazing rooms with lots of room and scenic views. Helpful and welcoming hosts. Went on a horse ride with the neighboring stables which was fantastic.

Restaurant on site is separate entity and gets busy so make sure you book, breakfast was nice but not in the restaurant either.
