  “Mooie accommodatie om even tot rust te komen”

  Wij hebben deze accommodatie geboekt om even in de natuur te zijn na alle steden die we bezochten. Het is een mooie locatie met 2 zwembaden, wijngaard en een prima restaurant. Het ontbijt in de ochtend is heel uitgebreid en alles is vers. Wij hebben een winetasting geboekt maar omdat het heel hard regende konden we niet door de wijngaard lopen. De eigenaar heeft de winetasting niet in rekening gebracht. Dat was heel erg netjes. Het is een goede locatie om even tot rust te komen, aan het zwembad en vervolgens weer door te reizen.

  De weg er naar toe is niet aangelegd. Dat is niet per se negatief maar wel iets om aan te geven in de beschrijving.

  La piscine est très bien , endroit très calme, appartement grand et bien équipé.

  Pour notre part pas de terrasse à proximité immédiate de l appartement à l étage tres laborieux pour manger dehors. La route pour arriver est en piteuse état très désagréable, peu de choix au restaurant mais très bon.

  Wine tasting was unfortunately not possible. The ac was not working properly and made a lot of noice. We missed information in the room concerning wi-fi etc.

  Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’endroit est magnifique entouré de vignes et d oliviers Chambre propre Le personnel est très agréable et très serviable Le petit déjeuner est copieux Le dîner excellent, la carte change tous les jours Nous avons apprécié également les soirées à thème organisées par les propriétaires De plus, la grande piscine est appréciable au retour des visites C’est un endroit que je conseille et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir avec des amis

  Un magnifique endroit ! Une vue somptueuse sur la campagne toscane. Notre appartement était très confortable, la literie de qualité, les moustiquaires et la climatisation bienvenues ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

  Quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires seraient utiles comme une cafetière ou un couvercle de poêle ou un plat pour le four plus petit que celui proposé. Tt y est sinon.

  Un endroit hors du temps, isolé mais avec tout le confort moderne. Un service de qualité avec piscine et restaurant avec terrasse donnant le soir sur un couché de soleil magnifique sur la Toscane. Le soir, le silence bienvenue après des visites en ville. Des produits locaux fait sur l'exploitation. Merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour votre accueil et bravo pour la qualité de vos prestations.

  1,7km de piste à franchir pour y arriver mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité

  De rust, het restaurant, de wijnproeverij, het zwembad, de pizza avond, de grootte van het appartement (nr2) , de airco, de linnen en handdoek wissel na 1 week (wel zelf om vragen, gebeurt niet vanzelf). De promotie van hun eigen service, restaurant/proeverij mag nadrukkelijker aangegeven worden, ze zijn hier erg bescheiden in. Het eten is van een hoger niveau, net als hun eigen wijnen en olijfolie. Er wordt gewerkt en verbouwd op biologische wijze met zorg voor de natuur en de wild populatie.

  De onverharde weg er naar toe is verschrikkelijk. Diepe kuilen, de bodemplaat, schokdempers etc krijgen het zwaar te verduren. Wij reden een Toyota Auris. Dat ging net als je wist waar en hoe je de meeste kuilen kunt ontwijken. Rij je een Jeep? Dan is het Fantastisch natuurlijk! Voordat je in Montespertoli bent, ben je al een kwartier onderweg met de auto. En even een brood halen bij de bakker deden wij dus niet door de slechte weg. Veel muggen, maar daar kan de locatie niks aan doen. Puur ter informatie. WiFi is wisselend.

  Calme, vue, restaurant de qualité, chambres avec sdb privatives, excellent vin, personnel sympathique, piscine agréable, relativement bien situé pour vous rendre à Florence, Sienne, San Giminiano, etc... Je recommande !

  Vaisselle pas propre, cuisine très rudimentaire (pas de four ni de micro-ondes), infesté de moustiques tigres (Fonti n'est pas responsable des moustiques bien sûr...), accès compliqué via chemin de terre remplis de trous, aucune info pratique donnée par le personnel (resto, supermarchés, choses à faire à proximité, ...) Malgré ces quelques points négatifs, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances !

  Restaurant served left overs from the menu that week and called it BBQ dinner. Very unfriendly reception when we arrived. No personal touch which we are used at all other agriturismo stays. Terrible road to get there for nearly 2 km. Very poor WIFI

  The ONLY criticisms I have are minor but areas of opportunity for the team to improve their offering. First, the wifi connection was very hit/miss, which made it unusable for my purposes (I needed to make one important conference call to work while I was there, and the internet availability did factor into why I chose to stay there). I think it was a proximity issue due to the older/thicker walls as well as the number of users supported by their router - when the kids went to bed service got a little bit better, and I think an upgrade by placing wired WiFi access points strategically (or by placing a higher capacity AP outside) would improve their offering greatly. The other minor criticism is that the screens in the windows were holy and the mosquitoes were vicious! If the screens were patched we could have kept our windows open more. They had AirCon so it was not a problem, but would have been nice to be able to sleep with the windows open at night. Alternative would be mosquito netting over the bed as well.

  Belle bâtisse, beau jardin bien entretenu, belle piscine et vue superbe sur la campagne toscane. Le restaurant est aussi un grand point positif. On recommande fortement la soirée pizza!

  Les derniers kilomètres sur piste sont fatiguants quand on n'a pas l'habitude (on est à la limite du cross tant il y a de trous). Le confort dans l'appartement est spartiate. Pas de rideau de douche, très faible pression d'eau et aucun kit de réception disponible (pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de sel/poivre/huile/vinaigre, pas de torchon, ...). Mais le pire sont les moustiques. Malgré les moustiquaires, nous ne pouvions éviter d'en avoir dans l'appartement. Il a fallu les combattre fermement. Évidemment la présence de moustiques surtout pendant cette période orageuse est indépendante des propriétaires et ne sera pas prise en considération dans notre note.

  Extérieurs très bien aménagés avec différents endroits pour se poser. Piscine bien entretenue avec douche et wc. Petit déjeuné varié. Restaurant sur place pour le soir avec quelques soirées à thèmes. Et possibilité de snack pour le déjeuner en reservant. Personnel très agreable et serviable.

  La climatisation de notre chambre (26) qui ne fonctionnait pas ou mal

  Mooie ligging en prachtig uitzicht met leuk, ruim zwembad. Appartement was groot met alle nodige voorzieningen. We waren vrij laat op de avond toegekomen. Op dat moment werd er net pizza-avond georganiseerd en we konden onmiddellijk mee aanschuiven. Was, na een lange dag, een hele verademing. Bovendien heel erg lekker!

  De badkamer is misschien wel aan vernieuwing toe. Toilet werkt niet zo goed, douche is verouderd. Ook de frigo in de keuken sluit niet zo goed. Door de late aankomst hadden we maar heel beperkte info gekregen over het verblijf. Bij aankomst onmiddellijk ontbijt voor de volgende dag geboekt maar toen we gingen ontbijten was er geen tafel voorzien voor ons. Personen die alleen ontbeten namen een tafel voor 6 in beslag,… we waren uiteindelijk genoodzaakt om binnen te zitten (als enigen). Er kwam ook niemand om te helpen om een tafel klaar te zetten. Ontbijt was basic.

  - beautiful plantation and lovely olive and winery landscape - sunset terasse with incredible views around Tuscany - clean pool and relaxing garden - friendly staff and owner on site each day/night - free parking - central location for day trips to Florence, Siena or San Gimignano

  - not really negative, but sometimes service during dinner was a bit slow - winery tour war already sold out ;(

  The situation near beautiful places in Italy , the swiminpool the view, the hotel indide the same agriturismo facilitayes breakfast and dinner if you dont want to prepare it. Nice place in thecpuntry with olive trees and grape trees. Nice owner and workers.

  The access is not easy and a bit far from the village and shops. Internet not working properly all the time, when full difficult to conect. It was quite hot weather and during the night it was warm and no air conditioning available in the apartments. Some mosquitos.

  “Nice apartments in a fabulously beautiful, quiet place.”

  Very beautiful scenery around, lots of flowers on the territory of the farm, comfortable spacious apartments with fireplaces, 2 great pools, a large area where our children could play without disturbing others. And the friendly staff. Kristina is very nice!

  Living on this farm without a car is not possible, but we were ready for it. Slightly strained winding dirt road, but for the Russians is not a problem. I would like more shelves for soap and shampoo in the shower, as well as hooks for clothes in the shower.

  When you look for a farm for the first time, do not rely on the GPS, and clearly follow the instructions given on the booking confirmation.
