    accueil ,service,cadre environnement .Piscine très propre et très bien située et bien aménagée ;relax parassols etc...

    DOMMAGE QUE LES PROPRIO NE LOGENT PAS SUR PLACE?ELLES SONT CHARMANTES!

    Allez y !c'est tout près de sienne qui est une ville enchanteresse !c'est pas évident à trouver mais avec gps pas de problème.un séjour qui reste notre plus beau souvenir de vacances en italie!

    “Struttura essenziale, gradevolmente silenziosa ed economica.”

    La struttura è distaccata dal centro abitato risultando un silenzioso angolo di pace tra le splendide colline senesi. Il bagno pulito e tutto sommato abitabile.

    L'angolo cottura scomodo, vecchio che dà l'impressione di essere poco pulito. Anche le stoviglie, le posate e le pentole non sono proprio il massimo. Sguarnito di scolapasta.

    Migliorare l'angolo cottura magari facendolo in muratura ed acquistare un po' di accessori da cucina

    “Property was stunning, staff was helpful and we really enjoyed meeting the other guests who were staying in the other apartments at the same time. This property was close to many interesting sites and vineyards. We would stay here again if ever back ”

    Panoramic was stunning! We ate outside everynight. Staff supplied anything we needed to make this possible

    Rooms were a bit run down, they could use some new furniture.

    Pull up a table and some chairs and dine outside, just to enjoy the view!

    nous avons beaucoup apprécié le splendide domaine avec vue sur les collines et la campagne, ainsi que la piscine et son allée de cyprès

    la terrasse jardin privative était aménagée de façon un peu spartiate (parasol cassé, mobilier de jardin insuffisant), de même les ustensiles de cuisine étaient en nombre insuffisant

    “Charming, centrally located private accomodation in Tuscany!”

    Totally private, relatively large, free standing accomodation for a very reasonable price. Small but useful refrigerator. Surrounded by a beautiful olive grove and vineyard. Completely quite. Out in the country. It is an easy drive to Siena (really is 8km) and not too far from Firenze. Fantastic location if you have a car. A great jumping off point to visit central tuscany. It was an excellent value (see negative comments). The appearance of the place was just as it looks in the photos.

    You must be independent - not much help from the staff. While the bed and bathroom were clean and good size there was the matter of a scorpion that I clobbered in the bathroom. That, and a few other sightings, made us wary after the lights went out. If not for that it would have been perfect. I do not know if this is typical in the area or even at this place. The staff was friendly but you need to have your own game plan and be good with a map.

    “The stay was pleasant and relaxing. The grounds were well kept and the views of the surrounding countryside were beautiful. Traveling alone was not an issue, the staff were more than helpful and extremely friendly.”

    I recommend spending some time sitting on the rock wall above the old greenhouse, the view of Sienna is incredible.

    There was a great little pizzeria about a 10 minute walk from the property. Oddly enough their basic vegetable soup was to die for. The staff was courteous and the cost was minimal.

    “Beautiful, relaxing setting, lovely owner!”

    Villa was beautiful, homemade olive oil was delicious, the owner (or I think it was the owner's grandmother) was incredibly helpful in every way! The structure we stayed in was like a small home, and was VERY nice. Terrific off-season discount as well.

    At the time (fall of 2005), the bicycles they had were pretty sad. If you are looking for a place to stay that is within walking distance from Siena, this is not it.

    Make sure you rent a car. (Maybe this is obvious, but we showed up without one... needless to say, above-mentioned grandma took care of everything!) Make sure you buy some of the estate olive oil - it's divine!
