Man bliver mødt af en meget venlig ejer som får gæsterne til at føle sig hjemme og godt på plads. Huset ligger på bjergsiden med en fantastisk udsigt over dalen og Poppi.

Udover at internettet og mobilnet dækning ikke er fantastisk har jeg ikke meget at sige.

Le cadre est magnifique. L'appartement bien équipé, très propre. Giorgio est super disponible, discret et très aimable.

La connexion wifi est très limitée dans l'appartement. Le lit pour 2 personnes (Il Cipresso) est assez inconfortable et bruyant.

“Wonderful stay”

Wonderful appartment, very nice owner. We spend a good time cooling down in the pool and enjoyed making pizzas in the outside pizza oven.

We had some struggle with vasps and mosquitoes, but that didn’t have anything to do with the place or the owner

“Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en Giorgio was erg vriendelijk”

Het was een mooie locatie met een groot zwembad en de eigenaar was erg vriendelijk. En het appartementje was klein maar fijn. Castello di Poppi was leuk om te bezoeken, zeker de moeite waard.

Wij zagen er naar uit om elke dag lekker te ontbijten, maar vanwege corona ging dit helaas niet door en we hadden gehoopt op een gezellige Italiaanse avond, maar helaas waren er geen activiteiten bij deze agriturismo.

Great pool, stunning location, nice accommodation, friendly host.

A welcome food/wine pack would be useful if you've been travelling all day. The hot water system we had to get used to, wasn't always reliable.

More local information in different languages should be available, or a visitors book per villa so you can read what other families have done.

Giorgio, le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli, conseillé sur ce qu'il y avait à faire dans la région. Il invite même tous ses hôtes pour un repas typiquement toscan préparé par sa femme et sa belle mère. Les appartments sont très grands et propres.

La connexion wifi n'est pas régulière. Les salles de bains sont spartiates.

“Excellent séjour”

L'agritourisme est très agréable. Nous avions un appartement spacieux, très propre et joliment décoré. La piscine est grande et agréable. La vue et la tranquillité du site sont un vrai plus pour qui aime la campagne. Le propriétaire est très sympathique.

Poppi n'est qu'à 40 km de Florence mais dans la montagne. Il faut prévoir du temps de route important pour faire les visites.

Everything. The nice owner, the region, the pool and jacuzzi, the apartment. We stayed at Fattoria Belverdere (Poppi 2023) during the second half of August as a Flemish couple with three kids (13/11/6 years old), and had a most enjoyable time. It is situated in the fertile and green Casentino region of Tuscany. The agroturismo itself lies on a hill and overlooks the impressive fortress of Poppi in the distance. The ground of the agroturismo is large and there are no other buildings hindering the beautiful scenery. The region is beautiful to do walks, to go race cycling (we had two race bikes with us), and is well located to do trips to Firenze (1 1/2 hr), Arezzo (45'), Lucca and Pisa (both 2hrs). In the more immediate vicinity we visited Stia, the monastery of La Verna (in the hills), Monaggio (where we co-celebrated the mushrooms festival). Giorgio, the owner of the agroturismo, is a warm and kind man that helps you out with practicle questions and trip advise. On Wednesday night he cooked an Italian dinner for all the guests, together with his wife and mother-in-law. Another thing: they have a big outside pool (15x8m) and a poolside Jacuzzi, overlooking the hills. Nice!

“Vacaciones en Poppi.”

Como aspectos positivos, el primero para los dueños, gente amable,agradable y te ayuda en lo que necesitabas. Una vez a la semana hace una cena con los todos los de los apartamentos, Las instalaciones limpias y tranquilas, incluyo la piscina y el yacuzi. Del apartamento y las instalaciones no puedo decir nada malo, estuvimos 15 días y disfrutamos mucho del sitio. Enhorabuena.

Como aspecto negativo, las carreteras tardas mucho en llegar a los sitios, 60km una hora mas meno, respetando limites de velocidad. Pero esto da igual donde cojas el alojamiento, las carreteras son todas iguales.

“Very Nice Place”

Owners were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They made delicious homemade biscotti for us. Wonderful view and a great restaurant and castle nearby. Apartment was as described and adequate for our needs. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beds were uncomfortable for my taste.

Make sure you know how to work the burner in case the hot water doesn't work. We had to call the owner late at night to fix. It was an easy fix if we knew how to work it. Owner was happy to assist in fixing for us even late at night.

We enjoyed the beautiful views, swimming pool and country location for our vacation.

The only negative I can say is that there were a lot of bees-not something I blame the owners for though.

Take a few days to hang out at the property. The staff was great and the other guests were fun to get to know also.

Słabe wyposażenie w naczynia, brak czajnika itp. Lokalizacja-wszędzie długi dojazd po krętych i dziurawych drogach.

Mijesce dobre aby przyjechać i leżakować. Jeżdzenie do Sieny, Arezzo, Florencji itp bardzo uciążliwe. Trekking czy bieganie też odpada, w okolicy tylko prywatne pola.

“Family wedding in Poppi”

Wonderful owner who was friendly, helpful and informative and ambience and pool and grounds, and staff were lovely.

Could have had more cutlery and plates. Cooking facility (no oven or microwave) were sparse. Coffee percolater took a long time to produce coffee !

Very welcoming staff who invited all guests to a dinner one evening. They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay happy. A bit expensive but no adverse comments at all. Other family also tried to book but no response during winter months to emails. They had to go elsewhere when we learnt on arrival there was still space available !

Geogio is extremely nice and attentive to detail. Suite, furnishings, and yard are all very well looked after. Prices charged for the space and quality are excellent.

Nice walk to Socci for morning cappucino, 1.10 E. at pizza bar . The vinotecca restaurant gave us the best and least expensive meal over our 2 weeks in Tuscany and Umbria. The valley is all green and much cooler than the Florence valley, so even with 38C it felt comfortable. Poppi is a great non-tourist gem.

Il faut bien prévenir les touristes étrangers que le Casentino est trés excentré en Toscane.La majorité des points touristiques à visiter ne sont pas dans le Casentino. Il faut donc faire beaucoup (trop) de kms pour découvrir la Toscane !

cudne widoki z okien apartamentu, dużo miejsca do zabawy dla dzieci i dorosłych, świetny basen, stylowy wystrój

trudno tam trafić w gąszczu lokalnych dróg, daleko do jakiegokolwiek sklepu (jedzenie), bez samochodu ani rusz; UWAGA! budynek nie jest zabytkowy, został zbudowany na starym fundamencie i chociaż urządzono go z dbałością o szczegóły, na pewno zawiedzie tych, którzy marzą o pobycie w miejscu autentycznie rustykalnym

Nie ufajcie Google map, która zaprowadzi Was do Poppi drogą najkrótszą, ale z pewnością najdzikszą i najbardziej krętą w ostatnim 10 kilometrowym odcinku (co po kilkunastu godzinach jazdy nie jest bez znaczenia); najlepiej nadłożyć ok. 30 km i pojechać przez Florencję do Arezzo i stamtąd najwygodniejszą drogą do celu. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny i luzacki, pomocny w informowaniu o lokalnych imprezach, które warto odwiedzić (nas namówił na Festa Di Vino w Montemignaio). Okolica pełna miejsc pielgrzymkowych, rozsianych w górskich lasach; do miasteczek trzeba dojechać. W ogóle Casentino, rejon Toskanii, w którym leży Poppi, nie może równać się np. z Chianti pod względem udogodnień dla turystów. Krajobraz przypomina nasze Beskidy bardziej niż obrazki znane z pocztówek :) Dla miłośników wina i oliwy lepsze bedą okolice Florencji czy Sieny. W Casentino wypoczywa się od miejskiego zgiełku i kontempluje przyrodę.

če se odločite, za potepanje po Toskani, je Poppi 2023 primeren za bivanje.Do Firenz je oddaljen le 38 km, do Siene 128.Vsak dan si lahko organiziraš izlete in se pozno zvečer vrneš v mirno okolje, da se odpočiješ in organiziraš za naslednji dan.Priporočamo, da si po Toskani ogledate tudi mesteca, kjer vas agencija običajno ne pelje, Cortona, Voltera ..., vzamete čas in poklepetate z prijaznimi domačini, jih vprašate za nasvet kaj si ogledati, svetovali vam bodo po kateri poti peljati.

El entorno es magnífico. Los apartamentos mejores de lo visto por internet. El trato muy bueno. Los equipamientos excelentes. La zona bellísima.

Que solo estuvimos 2 semanas.

El pueblo donde está la residencia i los del entorno, son preciosos. El entorno natural, bellísimo. La gente es muy hospitalaria. La comida excelente. Quizá está un poco lejos de las ciudades i pueblos más conocidos de la Toscana, pero la región donde està (el Casentino) vale la pena verlo i visitarlo. Esto (según cada opinión) puede ser una ventaja o un inconveniente. Firenze estava cerca (45-50 km.) pero se tenia que passar por un puerto de montaña i esto puede ser un motivo de inconveniente para seún que personas, pero para nosotros no. Los apartamentos muy bien equipados i muy bonitos i cómodos. Las instalaciones (piscina, jacuzzi, huerto, zona de juegos, ...) muy límpias i agradables. En fin, para nosotros (dos adultos, una niña de 12 i un niño de 7 años) todo muy bien.
